Professional dog walkers and Trainers land use for peaceful walks, training and controlled farm animal encounters

Looking for somewhere you can take your clients dogs to learn, exercise and explore in a controlled and calm environment away from the public?

Discover serenity in our private forested land on a peaceful hobby farm. Enjoy the calming presence of the farm animals and the quiet beautiful hiking terrain.

Land use suitable for long-leash professional dog walkers and trainers. There is an off-leash area in the forest where dogs can explore within close proximity. This is not an off-leash “field” in order to keep the environment safe for all animals.

Farm animal sensitivity training can be included (additional costs and case by case). Great for service dog training!

Dogs should be neutral or able to settle in quickly with minimal barking - calm coexistence within the surroundings.

Rates:
1 Hour land use: $35/hr
Maximum 8 dogs. Additional walker and dogs from same company can be added for discount rate
Farm animal exposure: please contact for rates

What we require:

-You must have your own professional insurance and provide copies.

-Complete liability and consent forms

-At least 1 reference from someone in the community who knows and understands your walking/training methods and style

-Must follow all farm rules and expectations provided. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of rental use.

We want to ensure it’s the right space and fit for all parties so we will complete a meet n greet interview and tour with you before starting services.

Payments must be made at the start of each month for routine scheduled clients and at least 24 hours before a drop-in style appointment.
